Entertaining and Dining space

With your rental, you will have access to the entire first floor of this historical space. This includes:

• The Sitting Room – our main entertaining space. Furniture can be arranged to seat 25 people or up to 50 people mingling.

• The Dining Room – perfect for a buffet or seating for 8 people around the table.

• The Kitchen — meant for light food prep or plating as well as refrigeration.

• The Entryway & Hallway — space to greet your guests. It’s the transitional space between the dining and sitting rooms. The hallway has a long table to place a guest book and gifts. This is also the location of the washroom.

• The Back Dining Room — this is an auxiliary space with a round table and can also be used for food prep and plating, or storage of your items.

• Backyard — fenced area that provides additional gathering space seasonally. Two 8-foot wood picnic tables are available for outdoor dining, along with a grill, fire pit, and additional seating.

• Outdoor Side Porch — with sitting area and fire pit.

Rental Rate

Our rate is $75 an hour, with a 2 hour minimum.
